street tacos. street tacos were awesome and the frozen sangria swirls were great but too light on the rim salt. avi cisneros was our server and she rocked!

for $15, meh.. it's never a good sign when people who show up after you get service before you. i hate that, but, i understand. no biggie.

i've never eaten at an alfredos before so i might be way off base and i will most likely give them another chance. however, when the waitress tells you "very hot plate" one would naturally expect the food to be hot as well. i sent it back and received a larger portion of equally mediocre, cold food.

that being said, the chino beans were quite good.

nothing special here, cept beans.

poor. i ordered the fried tacos which were terrible, it was just a fried shell with a very small portion of tasteless shredded beef. lettuce/tomatoes came on the side. my wife had the avacado enchilada, very small flour tortilla with a few chunks of avacodo smothered in a bland white sauce. rice and beans were ok, chips good and the salsa was average (basically blended tomatoes) no cilatnro, onion, lime, pepper etc..just tomatoes. i grew up in so.cal. eating excellent mexican food, this however was about the worst mexican food i have experienced in okc. i would avoid this place at all costs and spend your money elsewhere, you will thank me later. on a good note, the staff was friendly and service was good, but the food itself was sub par in my opinion.

we had dinner here friday.  i got chicken guiso, ian pork guiso.  erin had a pair of cheese enchiladas, and raegan has pork tacos.  all of these meals were perfect.  i loved the flavor of the guiso, and the chicken was tender and had been marinated in the guiso.  same for the pork.  raegan raved above the pork tacos, and said she would get them next time.  in particular, she liked the pork drippings gravy/dip that came with the tacos.  i tried it, wow!

we don't usually get dessert, but raegan and i had the glazed sopapillas, very good.  but erin got fried cheese cake that she loved.   not only was it very good, it was a work of art that we felt a little bad about cutting up!  i've attached a picture.

the tea was excellent, and service fast and very friendly.  our check was $72.01.

as i went through my fistful of receipts, there were three from alfredo’s, ranging from 11 december 2014 to 29 may 2015 to 07 february 2016. i know we’ve eaten there at least six or seven times. it’s pretty darn good. i always get the pork guiso verde. just the right spice heat, tender pork, great flavor. the most recent time, ian had it also and liked it a lot. the only issue we had is that on the big plate, it was about 3/5 beans, 1/5 rice, and 1/5 guiso. maybe they were running short. regardess, we got filled up. raegan and the kids get enchiladas and chimis and fajitas, all excellent. i really like the salsa and the queso, and we’ve had nachos several times.

the food tonight was mediocre at best. enchiladas sat under the heat lamp so long that they were hard as a rock. lettuce in the salad was rotten. half of it was black. staff stood around while our water glasses were empty. not sure what is going on here. won't be returning any time soon. get your act together, alfredo's.

solid choice. food is good. ask for the hot salsa. fast and friendly service. great tex-mex restaurant in oklahoma. would definitely go back.

crappy margaritas. pre-mixed - no bar. tastes like limeade. didn't try the food though. waiter said margaritas were not their thing.....! huh?

not much i can say about alfredo's. i've been to the edmond and yukon establishments and the food and service have always been rock-solid and unwaivering. this is something restaurants rarely get right. i recall a time where el chico's was the go-to place for texmex, but that is no longer. hell, the only reason i still go to el chico's is for their stellar out of the bag tortilla soup!so alfredo's always have an enjoyable environment, except the music always makes me eat faster than i should. the wait staff in edmond are always super friendly and can help you make decisions. if you ask nicely, you can even avoid (in some circumstances) the addition cost of splitting a plate.i think i prefer alfredo's more than the rest of the local texmex eateries here in oklahoma.

this is by far our favorite mexican place. whether we are eating in, or taking out. even when ther's a wait to be seated, it's never very long. we've always had good servers who know the menu well and are happy to answer questions. when we get take out, the server always unloads our sacks to double check that our order is complete. oh, and the food is amazing. i think i just talked myself into alfredo's for dinner

we enjoy it!. if we are in area, and are in the mood for mexican food , this is our place to go- an faster alternative to our favorite, teds. this place can be full but you are seated fairly quick/right away , food is out rather quick. friendly staff- although have experience a few snappy staff members at some busy times. the food is good. love the extra side options. and one of our favorites, in which you don't typically find at most other mexican places, is their delicious "glazed" sopapias yum. if your in the area and want mexican food- fast/friendly service, decently priced, and great food, i'd recommend trying alfredo's!

i hate to say that i will not return to a restaurant, but that is the case with alfredo's. having been here several times in the past and enjoyed various dishes, something has happened to take the food taste and quality to a remarkably low level, mediocre at best.
