hearing so much about sonu kababs , and its delicious food this ramadan. i thought why not definitely visit the place .
i had such a great time. could actual get those ramdan vibes in that place.
so starting with what i had.. some spring rolls. they were spicy, but super tasty.
there were malai, white, yellow, red chinese 65 among which white and red were highly delightful.
next i had the very famous patthar ka gosht. this dish is prepared with mutton by heating it on a wide stone, on a flame.the spices are added once the meat pieces are heated and served with onions and other ingredients. it was just perfect. the pieces were super tender. absolutely loved it.
these were served with rumali roti and paratha.
the paratha’s were perfectly cooked and this made my meal a complete meal!!! and a point to be noted. these were all among the range starting from ₹150 only.

best street food place where you can get kababs,chicken 65,patthar ka gosht and many more yummilicious kaba items and mutton margh is too good

this place recently got into lime light with foodies keeping stories on instagram
those stories were drool worthy
they made us travel miles to visit this place
but its not worth the hype
we tried kebabs pathar-ka-gosh , malai chicken with paratha , chicken reshmi kebad and chicken seriyan

chicken seriyan was very bland in taste
it was just normal chicken coated with corn powder flakes and fried
.
and others tasted good but not more than any other regular place serving those

i ordered full but came me half plate chicken fried rice
i pay full amount

good

it was not having good taste and quality

ask the restaurant to increase qty and improve the taste

al farooj sonu kebab is located at hussaini alam. they serve authentic hyderabadi cuisine during the month of ramadan.

the parking space is very limited and we need to park in any of the narrow lanes. they don't have dine in option so either you'll needt to stand and eat or go for the takeaway.

i had mutton marag, malai paya with lacha paratha. the marag was perfectly cooked with perfect combination of all the spices. mutton was very tendered and juicy. malai paya was quite reach in flavours.

in kebabs, i had crispy chicken which was coated with seviya and then deep fried. then i had fried chicken which was well cooked and it was one of the best crispy chicken i've ever had.

then i had their signature pathar ka ghosht which was the best. overall, the food was good and total value for money.

it's special in ramzan everywhere and it is something else in hyderabad!! sonu kabab adds to the zest and flavour. just amazing kababs, street food style. taste wise it's above average but the place is filled with people and food so that's the magic ingredient. just visit once during ramzan and experience it for yourself. one advise... don't take your car or park somewhere far away or just take a cab.

as the month of ramzan has started... we thought of having food around charminar cos this is the place which serves some amazing food during ramzan and found this place near charminar which serves some yummy kebabs and curries.... the menu is so lengthy that it took 5mins to read the menu and decide what to have..
. as we went in a big group we got to try many kebabs and food over here....

we have tried the parotas with malai kebabs, tandoori kebabs, butter chicken, chicken majestic and we also had the pathar ka ghost which is very famous at this place. the butter chicken was very tasty and the tangdi chicken kebab was very yummy. we also had sheekh kebabs of chicken as well as mutton... the place has almost 15-20 varieties of kebabs and this place is open till 1 in the midnight during the time of ramzan.... one of the top ramzan food place to be added in the list

the best place to enjoy your ramzan, specially for kabab lovers ..u have a huge spread of kabab both mutton and chicken..there phatar ka ghosh is just amazing ..all fresh kabab and the lacha pratha is above expectations
