it was amazing! i loved all the various dishes like falafel and hummus with shish tawook. definitely worth the visit!

tried and loved their shawarma. hearty portion. great taste. fresh bread. loved their mixed grill. delightful menu. but a very disappointing, rather a heartbreaker ramadan buffet menu. worst iftar menu ever! absolutely not enjoyable! otherwise, a calm atmosphere, attentive staff, and good service are some commendable qualities. food presentation and quality is really good in days other than ramadan. appealing to the senses!

ps.: i hope you give some serious attention to your ramadan buffet menu, it needs a complete revival.

the food is great. but the customer service.. horrible. it's like they don't care. you could seriously be sitting there for hours on end and no one would bother taking your order or even come your way. half the staff are busy gossiping amongst each other. the other half are just in their own world.
sitting here right now as i type this review down, it's been 38 minutes to be exact. oh the horror.. i'm hungry !
after numerous visits, the staff attitude just doesn't change..
but anyway, you could get it delivered or have. take away arranged with ease.
dine in? hmm i'm not quite sure if that's a good idea.

tried there chicken shawarma and falafel sandwich, it's awesome definitely going to try their other delicacies. the interior is really nice seating arrangement is excellent and they have verity of menu. highly recommended for the arabic food lover.

their shawarma is fantastic. the place is lovely. but the ladies who serve in there are rather rude. the good is good but they have some bits that are let downs, such as not accepting credit cards for bills up to 50 dirhams, plastic glasses and impolite service.

we are in love with falafel sandwich, cheese & zatar, margarita pizza, hummus and many more items. al arz has very nice ambiance & i am in love with all paintings in bakery. staff is really very quick in service. special thanks to all chefs who cook very delicious food. all the very best to @alarzautomaticbakery.

went for suhoor and ordered hummus and grilled chicken. hummus has really gone bad and tasted differently. maybe it was prepared much earlier and served until suhoor. informed the supervisor who infact got angry and refused to accept it. he was defending that no one complained till now which was shocking. when the bill arrived, it included hummus which we refused to pay. he eventually had to reverse the bill, but his attitude was as if we made this up. have been going there for some time and everytime restaurant is crowded, staff found it difficult to handle. esp the male staff.

food is very good so i eat at least once a week from here
shawerma is very good and manakeesh specially the cheese sujuk manakeesh is best
the mix grill is exceptional😍👌🏻

good fresh and very good ambience to relax and eat live bakery and bakery products for buying are also available at the same place... if you order shawarma tell them to make it well-done with their spicy sauce

huge restaurant with good food and friendly staff. had manakeesh- (haloum, akawi ,muhammara), arabic shawarma and mix grill platter. the manakeeshs were a bit salty but thats how the cheese is suppose to be. did not like muhamara. shawarma and the mix grill were great. mix grill is served with hummus and garlic sauce. mukhalal is complimentary.

had been to this place with a guest and we had chicken shawarma which was great. other than that the manakeesh that they make is good and their bakery items are amazing.

very spacious with good interiors...that's what i feel when i first entered inside the restaurant.you can opt this place for a party or get together. if you like lebanese/arabic cuisine this would be a great choice. freshly prepared breads, friendly staff with great service and the food was also good. liked their manakesh with cheese and honey. shawarma and grills were average kind of stuffs.

finally got the opportunity to try the food at this restaurant. first...we loved the ambiance...it is vast and magnificent. we decided to pick up the food on our way home.
we ordered for their kebab dajjaj and falafel. both of these were very very good. the kebab was done nicely and very flavourful and the falafel were crispy and delicious. the garlic dip and the hummus that they gave with the kebab and falafel was superb.
my kids had the sausage roll fatayer which i am assuming were good as they gulped it down in the car before we reached home and hence no pic of it...
can't wait to try the manakish here...mustafa
