the service is really bad and the staff is incompetent and doesn’t understand hospitality or service. the only options they had for breakfast were options with eggs. the staff was very rude, made us wait for more than an hour and then also didn’t get the order right. there was glass in the maska bun and they didn’t even had the decency to apologise for it. thankfully it didn’t lead to a medical emergency. terrible staff.

there was glass in our food and the manager did not even have the courtesy to apologise. he had the balls to argue that it was just one dish. the waiter refused to take orders except for eggs, staff is really rude. service was super slow. food was coming one dish at a time at an interval of atleast 20 mins in a group of 10 people. and surely not good with customer feedback

the ambience gives you an illusion of a nice place but the food isn't worth the money at all. everything tasted bland and they even managed to mess up a smoothie by making it too sour.

ambience is classy and gives the bombay feeling but the food is totally bland. everything had a weird taste. we ordered coffee, masala cola and masala fries. probably won't visit again.

awesome place ,food quality , prices and positive vibes.i luv this place❤️❤️❤️.i hv never tasted such delicious pav bhaji.not only pav bhaji …. everything i ordered is amazingly yummy.

visited them on day 01, certainly the food was delicious but the place was still dull, their was something which was missing in my visit.
akuri was superb so does the tea very refreshing, hope that this place introduce many other authentic irani food

loved the food and ambience - felt like i was back in bombay! the desserts were simply delicious and the cheesecake is a must have. one of the best cafes in the city!
