highly over rated.

the food is nothing special, and you can get similar or better preparations on race course road. i would recommend similar eateries on the intersection of race course road and maqbool road or mama meat shop in d block ranjit avenue.

the owner is the pits…you have to be careful to see that you get what you ordered, as most of the times they will skip items and then claim that they have provided it and refuse any further claim. the worst part is that you that it is by design since it happens with monotonous regularity…it could still be ok if it were a one off thing, and the behaviour of the owner is really something else.

best to avoid this place altogether.

food-diaries of amritsar city would not be complete without a visit to adarsh meat shop - a small but popular food joint. thoroughly enjoyed the food -
the best mutton chops (chaamp) ever! meaty, juicy, flavoursome - finger licking great.
the mutton tikka was different from what we have had before but very delicious as well.
polite staff & prompt service added to the charm of the place.
