worst customer service!!! order online on nov. 21.2020 and my order was cancel due to staff not accepting my order online and was still charged for the food on my card. went to a&ds and ask for a refund or the food and they denied it and said they couldn’t do nothing about it ! don’t order from there !!

do not eat here!!!! employee thought it would be funny to spit in my food after they messed up my order. one of the other employees noticed the mess up and gave it back. clearly my burger was tampered with and then spit in. i should have gotten a new burger not the garbage i was served. also, the dining room stinks like sewage.

they over charged me for my lunch they charged me for rice and 10 pc lp wings 12.79 then turned around and charged me an misc charge of 5.00 for meat and rice they only should have charged me 6.99 for the 10 pc wings and only 7.29 for that nasty dried out rice that i couldn't even tell what kind of meat i was eating i won't be back... i rate this place one of the worst place to eat in mckinney. lee

if you try to call you'll be lucky if they ever pickup, i called 5 times the past 20 minutes and nothing. this
happens all the time. might as well go to wingstop.

something is notably off about their wings from the way they were just a few months ago. their soda is flat lately. but the worst part is that every surface - both tables and floors - are sticky. your skin and styrofoam cup literally sticks to the tables. you practically have to peel your shoes off the floors. and the walls and windows are filthy. i'm normally not picky about this b/c i love mom-n-pop dive restaurants but if they don't clean their tables or mop their floors it makes me wonder what they do in the kitchen. . . or don't do in the kitchen! clean your restaurant! it's becoming a deal breaker!

what a great spot to eat. we got the philly cheese steak and wing combo for lunch. it was very good and made fresh. the wings blows other places out of the water. we will be back soon to try it again.

this place has the best phillys, and the wings are great too! the only thing is be prepared to wait...this is not ''fast food''. i promise the wait is worth it. just call in your order for pick up. that is the way to go. these girls work hard so bring a few bucks to tip them.

insulting cook. i was approached by my co-worker today and asked "are you into a new place today?". sure. i go to a&d buffalo's at 4005 e belknap and order a philly sandwich only for the co-worker. i don't care for philly sandwiches so the picture of the fish looked good. well they killed the fish twice. it was way overcooked and my co-worker agreed. i went back and told the girl behind the counter that my fish was overcooked and could i get a refund. well then an old asian woman came out with my fish put it on the counter, opened it and looked at me. i looked at her and after a few seconds of tense staring i looked down at the fish and said "well". she asked me what was wrong with it. that was insulting and i said a lot of firm things about my more than overcooked fish. she was mad and said she would still charge me for my fries and drink! what can you say but "fine". she gave me my money and i told her i would never be back! beware! don't complain about the food!

awesome & delicious. i don't know why but i've been craving, craving, craving a philly cheesesteak. i kept reading all these great reviews about a&d buffalo's having wonderful ones, and i thought it was about time to try 'em out. being a late sunday afternoon, on my way there i thought the place might be packed with football going on all day. it was fairly crowded but not too bad. i was going to get this to go anyway.

the place is spartan, with several wooden, lacquered tables around the perimeter of its interior, and several extra long communal tables bisecting the room. most of the outer tables were completely full. great smells of barbecued wings, fries and burgers wafted throughout a&d's, and i was already giddy with excitement of my philly cheesesteak to come.

ordering at the counter, i decided on the philly steak & wings combo, which is just that--the sandwich plus six wings, in this case, barbecued. you can also order them buffaloed (very mild, mild, medium, hot and extra hot), lemon peppered (for you rick ross fans) or teriyakied. in addition the combo has the requisite celery, ranch dressing and a drink. i was going to try and turn this into a two meal deal, so i also added a large order of fries for four bucks more. i had about a ten minute wait before they called my number.

the cheesesteak was everything i expected. the 10" bun was fully filled with thinly sliced beef and gooey cheese. the wings were equally good. i really liked their barbecue sauce, not hot, but sweet-spicy, just right. the four small cuts of celery and ranch dressing were par for the course. my only mistake was that i should have eaten it right there. by taking it home, the steam made the bun a little soggy. but that was my fault. it was still outstanding in its own right. same thing happened to the fries. would have been crispier had i eaten them there, but they were still good by the time i got home, albeit not too crispy. i finished off the cheesesteak and two wings and about a third of the fries total. there were a ton of fries. i plan on rewarming the wings and fries in the oven tomorrow for either lunch or dinner. it will be another substantial meal.

contrary to other reviews, i did not notice any sewerage smell at all at their restaurant. hopefully, they took care of any problem that they once had. the place was very clean and i would not have had any problem eating there. parking was easy, although as i was leaving, spaces were few and far between.

i want to return to try out their burgers which are supposed to be a hidden gem on their menu. odds are good that everything on the menu is going to be outstanding. perhaps a&d stands for awesome and delicious! i wouldn't be a bit surprised.
