worst experience ever!!!!

customer service is below 0, mean, rude. they would treat you like shit even if you are their loyal customer. it doesnt mean anything to them.
and if they keep messing up on their items, like missing , burned, pissed items, you are the one that get blamed. i dont even cook your items how can you blame me.
you can blame me of being too lazy and tired to cook so i order food online but you cant blame me on what you guys prepare and mess up!!!
the business will soon get closed!
i have always order from them, i was there royal customer, when i said i order all the time like every day!
i ordered from them for like 6 months till today, the gm was just rude and shut me up!
so every time i order from them there is always a problem like if i order the cookie sundae, they forgot to bring ice cream or if i order the salad with feta cheese, they forgot to put feta cheese. once i went there with my service dog and they rejected my service dog because there is no paper. first of all law requires me to not to show my paper if i want to and plus service dogs dont have papers. they just have veterinary papers that they trained as a service dog, but even though they rejected my dog, i was like you know what okay!! i respect it even though i can sue them!! which now i am definitely suing them for good!! i was just holding on because i was obsessed with their baked sundae and their sweet potato fries. instead of having delivery, i was just getting take out from them so they wont forget putting stuff again, as manager suggested me that.
lets come to an end!! so i order today again, my usuals which is baked cookie sundae and sweet potato fries. i did a take out. i went their but this time i didnt check the bag(for some reason i wanted to believe they werent going to mess up) woooww i was wrong. when i get home the cookie was burned and the cookie was like a ninja weapon that i could throw the cookie to somebody and kill them. that hard, burned and shrinked. therefore, i immediately called the manager johnny or jimmy or whoever. i told him the problem and he said he checked it and he didnt see that and i told him i could send him an email and he said send it! i sent the pictures and called him to see if he received it and told him i was done ordering from them and i want a refund. guess what he said? he said "every time i order there is a problem, and i have to call eat24 to get a refund" wait a minute how missing an item when you do delivery or having a burned cookie is my fault!!!! guess instead of saying hey we keep fucking up, we should manage this store better and do something about these problems, you are going to blame the customer that is picky because i pay money and from my money you are a manager!!??
i called eat24 they refunded me the money and told me they were really sorry and that cookie i sent eat24 support as a picture, they were agreeing that it looks like a ninja tool, burned and not soft which how it should be because it is baked :s
wait for the papers! i will see you guys at civil court and deal with you guys there, even it is going to take a long time. i am ready!! business like this should never exist. i felt like i was paying money to yell at and they were all blaming because they miss items or have burnt foods!!
