located on the roof of one of the buildings in the heart of istiklal street with a magnificentviewof istanbul. wonderful ambiance with cool setting out. enjoy lunch or a dinner with live entertainment and dj music to dance to all night long.

ordered a salad for starters, the prawn ceviche salad, loved the fresh ingredients but the dressing was bland and could be improved. had the fillet of seabass for main course, the fillet was perfect! well spiced and grilled to perfection served with a side of quinoa tabbouleh salad and spiced potato cubes. for desserts had the chocolate orgazm, which when served, hot chocolate sauce is drizzled over breaking the outer shell. mouthwatering!

pricey but greatviewand delicious food , it was wonderful experience , i came with my family and we really enjoyed the restaurant and the service

theviewis awesome! we are lucky. the weather only around 20 degree. the wind is blowing slow. nice time to have dining time outside.

lets review the food :

i was order pulled lamb tandir. it was picked by my friend. he said the lamb was to tender because it had slow cooked for more than 5 hours. the result? it was so good. never taste the lamb this good. for non fat lover for me, the lamb that served is 99% meat. oh ya, the size is big enough for me. at the bottom of the meat, there is rice. but i dont eat it full because maybe the taste is not for me. it really turkish style. maybe for indonesian like me, to much ingredient inside. for all 4 out of 5

for foreigner, do visit. before and after enter this restaurant, you can do shopping along the istiklal street. its like orchard in singapore

visited on one of the bar hopping nights with friends. as per namesake..theviewwas fantastic at night and the red glow of its interiors added to its exclusiveness. we stopped by for drinks so had very limited bar food types which i faintly remember. i would visit this place again for sure next time im in istanbul.

so i went to the much hyped 360 istanbul. most of the reviews were right but i guess, for me, it was more of a tick off the to-do list.

the entry staff were super friendly and polite but that’s where it ended. we paid 150 liras for a cover charge and sat on a shared table. no doubt, the cityviewand the music is quite good.

the staff is the low point of this place. someone took our order and returned with it in about 20 minutes, asked us to pay up. we asked him to take the cover charge tokens and once we have our second drink, can settle the bill (since we didn’t plan to be there for too long). he said the 2 drinks we ordered were for 150, which is strange because it was a house wine and a raki. we said okay, get ya the bill please.

then, the server is lost. we decided to go to the bar and check, the prices weren’t what he had mentioned to us. in sometime, we finally found him and asked him how much from our cover charge is pending. he said nothing, we showed him the menu he said that’s the bar. and then, started making these exasperated gestures and refused to talk in english anymore. basically, he wasn’t going to return the money.

we understand the place is expensive but you cannot treat your customers like that. all in all, so not worth the hype. the local pubs in istanbul are so much better.

this restaurant particularly has been requested badly to visit and highly recommend by one of turkish friends , and it was true and it has left a very good memorable memories

beautifulviewover istanbul. the food was better than we expected. we had the rack of lamb which was literally falling off the bone. the meze-style starters were fantastic - a fusion of traditional meze with a modern twist. the waiters were very friendly but service was a bit slow when they got busy. highly recommend this place all in all.

located on the famous and the happening i̇stiklal street.
it took me a while to find the place as i hadn't been there before but eventually found it by talking to some helpful locals. it's located on top a building. they have an elevator to reach the top floor and a small staircase to reach the actual restaurant. the first impression of the lighting and ambience were sexy so to say.!! we were celebrating my dad's birthday and this seemed like a perfect setting. we ordered turkish dishes like apricot chicken, some fried prawns and a salad. the dishes were well presented but quantity was kinda less.. prices were slightly heavy on the pocket. the staff was ok. but the most beautiful part was the outside terrace and the 360viewof the city of istanbul at night!. after this it was all worth it!..
should definitely try on special occasions or just a casual outing!

i'm actually very late in posting this review but nevertheless. on our last night in istanbul we wanted to do something big and fancy. after reading several good reviews we ended up here. located on the famous istiklal street in an apartment building, it boasts of some amazing views from the terrace. unfortunately it was a cold, rainy night when we parked ourselves here so we couldn't really enjoy theviewthat much but i can only imagine, on a clear day what it'd be like.

this is basically a  restaurant cum club. having a reservation before you walk in is highly recommended. we already had one and hence there were no issues in getting inside. being a weekend, it was jam packed with people. the food we ordered ranged from cocktails to appetizers, main courses and desserts. the service was attentive and careful and the food quality was great too.

what i had : long island iced tea, crispy duck spring rolls, smoked aubergine ravioli, thai green curry chicken & a fantastic dessert called chocolate orgasm. the service did get a tad slow owing to the fact that it was a weekend but we were in no rush.

the food arrived and after sampling everything, i had nothing to complain about. this place practically scored high marks for me in terms of every single thing. also on weekends they have dancers, dj's, live singers etc. it turns into a riot and oh boy, it is fun!

a fancy place comes with a fancy price tag too, but since everything was pleasant, i didn't mind shelling out the extra bucks.

pros : great food, great music, great views.
cons : well, zilch!

amazingviewon sunset, location very cool, taut ambient and many people for dinner but good cocktails. absolutly recommanded stop for a drink even though expensive.

not as great as you hear about it. it's located on taksim street so it's very easy to find. we had a reservation for two but the table's location was very bad in the corner with noviewat all. food portion is very small compared to the price range you are paying. overall we were not statisfied with the dinner experience.
