pathetic service
on 9 dec we went for dinner at this place with friends on our annv. our first experience with this place was not good but still thought to give it a second shot.
the service was so poor that no one attended us for more than 20.mins
when we asked who will tk orders then we were told that there is some sir who will tk order.
after waiting and shouting one person took our order.
our starters which we expected to come along with soup arrived first but without soup. again after asking repeatedly finally soup arrived but only 2 for order of 4. by that time it came we had already finished our starters, kothe which were very less in quantity but ok.in taste.
after this we had ordered schezwan noodles, we knw that it would be spicy but to our surprise they were so spicy that after two.bytes we dnt knw what we are eating
we finished our cake to suppress its hottness.
it was so embarassing in front of our guests. then while ordering main course again order taking sir was missing even with repeated calls. so we ordered veg biriyani, which was good.
like previous time they have again added mineral bottle in bill when we hd refused it.

the owner of this place but saidly his own place needs lot of improvement especially in terms of prompt.service.

gr8 ambience but ok food
i hv been trying to try this place after reading good reviews finally i got time
coming to ambience its superb n nicely organized
we tried lasagna, shakahari kebab platter, and fresh lime soda
fresh lime soda stands out as the best and very refreshing
coming to lasagna it was too much sweet with corn and all other stuff in between pasta sheets
not quite liked it. the quantity of dish is more than sufficient
the most let down dish is their shakahari kebab plater, for a restaurant which give so much attention to presentation,its really hard to believe that this dish does not have even a single kebab in it. actually it is a less sizzling tandoori sizzler with not so interesting taste than a kebab plater.
my 5 yr old daughter asked me that why it dont have tikki (kebab) in it. when we asked we were told that i would also have different types of paneer, kebabs, soya chap, seek kebabs in it but there no trace of any seek kebab or variety of paneer in it. the dish has big paneer pieces which are under marinated with no masala and taste. its like eating soft but raw paneer with accompnied chutny which again is not tasty enough. their soya chap pieces were also not full of flavours,mushrooms are ok but how can one put big chunks of simply boiled potatos in a dish with no salt n any masala on a plater
it was one of the worst starters we had in long time and so we decided not to have main course.
one interesting point they will serve a mineral bottle without asking and add it to your bill.
it was not a good experience this time
may be some other time.
we will surely come back to try some more dishes.....
